Mission
Our mission as a hotel is to grow and develop, dedicated to satisfying our guests in every way, earning their trust and loyalty and introducing them to our history and local culture whilst preserving the natural environment.
Vision
To be a leader in the tourism and service industry, focusing on high quality service with a commitment to pass this on to each of our employees, working in a way which protects the environment and contributes to local development.

Sustainability Policy
1. To train all new employees in the employment and environmental policy and practices of the hotel
2. To support the local workforce, contracting locally without discriminating on the basis of gender, religion or political opinion
3. To work openly and without discrimination
4. To give priority to internal appointments should positions become vacant
5. To save energy in all areas of work
6. To save water in all areas of work
7. To promote activities which save water and electricity in the rooms, asking guests to reuse towels and sheets
8. To use, where possible, biodegradable cleaning products
9. To establish a reduction in the use of chemical herbicides and use organic products for maintenance of the garden and grounds
10. Always to use standard hygiene practices in handling food products in the kitchen
11. To allow employees to consume food left over from an event, as long as normal hygiene and safety practices are observed
12. To separate organic and inorganic waste
13. To donate organic waste to be composted or used as animal food
14. To comply with all legal requirements as set out by the Nicaraguan Institute of Tourism, the Municipal Mayor of León, the Department of Employment and Institute of Social Security
15. To remain committed to the protection of the cultural and historical heritage of the city of León
16. To offer high quality service to all guests
17. To give priority to local producers in the purchase of raw materials
